The Mechanical Quality Inspector will work alongside other Personnel in the Quality Department. This individual will report directly to the Quality Manager and be accountable with all aspects of his duties in the Quality Department; all to expand and support our entrepreneurial, problem-solving team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- This is an in-person role at our Piney Flats, TN location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- 2 plus years of work experience or equivalent.
- Able to interpret Aerospace Part Drawings and understanding GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- First Piece Inspection, Production Inspection, operation of a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), surface plate layout.
- Use of Precision Inspection Gaging and Equipment. Calibration experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing techniques is a plus.
- Familiar with AS9100 or other Quality Systems is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
