Assembly Technician
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined Assembly Technician to join our aerospace production team. In this role, you’ll be assembling, testing, and inspecting complex components to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision instruments
Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Maintain accurate documentation and production records
Support continuous improvement
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience—preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing—preferred but not required
Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience with sheet metal is a plus
- A&P is a plus
Additional:
- Drug and Alcohol testing is mandatory and random
- Pay is dependant on experience
- Full Time availabe
- Part Time available
